The Leadership Learning Path

 

OVERVIEW

This one day workshop creates a strategy for accelerating the development of leaders.  The workshop uses the Learning Path methodology to demonstrate how organizational leaders can become proficient faster.

We will define leadership proficiency then outline a path on how to reach proficiency with speed and quality.  We will identify and eliminate waste in the more traditional leadership development methods and  then define and create best practices for learning how to lead.

Ed Robbins, OD and Change Management Consultant

Ed brings more than 25 years of comprehensive management experience in human resource development, organizational consulting, and training.  He has led major initiatives in strategic change, sales force effectiveness, leadership development and service quality.  Ed has worked on consulting and training projects with a wide range of organizations including Texas Instruments, State Farm, GE, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Department of Justice, Hyatt Hotels, AT&T, and Union Pacific Railroad.

Jim Williams, Learning Consultant

Jim works with companies to develop learning processes that move more people to higher levels of performance.  Jim has a strong history  with  companies known for developing talent, including IBM and GE. Jim  served for a year and a half in India as Chief Learning Officer for GE Capital International Services while supporting operations in Budapest, Hungary, Mexico and China.  Earlier he was Director of Sales Effectiveness for GE Financial Assurance where he designed training for insurance businesses. At Saint-Gobain, CertainTeed, Jim analyzed leadership bench strength and developed processes that dramatically improved time to readiness among senior manager s.
